5. Power backup: The home is equipped with a UPS for emergency power backup for essential lights and fans and we have a generator available at the Property.
6. Laundry: You can wash an entire load of laundry (7kgs) for INR 200.
7. Keys handling: Rooms and front door needs to be locked when going out and if keys are misplaced, it will incur extra charges.
8. Indoor & Outdoor games: We provide an array of board games and outdoor activities for your enjoyment but kindly return everything to its respective place.
9. Damages at property: Guests will be charged for any stains, damage or broken items.
10. Gadgets & Facilities: Use the gadgets and facilities in the house properly. If any gadget suddenly stops working due to weather conditions, we will try to fix it during the day/working hours and if a technician is required, it will take 24-48 working hours to fix the same.
