1. Visitor policy: Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Visitors must provide their IDs
2. Clean Utensils: Kindly wash up after use to maintain a clean and tidy space.
3. Power Backup: The home is equipped with a UPS for emergency power backup for essential lights and fans. Given our rural setting, power availability can sometimes be unpredictable. If guests request generator usage during the morning hours, additional charges will apply. 
4. Laundry: Use of washing machine is complimentary for guests staying for more than 2 days.
5. Parties & Music: Loud Music, Parties, Revelry (especially after 10pm) are not permitted.
6. Smoking: Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas.
7. Drugs are strictly prohibited.

9. Toiletries & Energy Use: Please use the provided toiletries responsibly and switch off the geyser and electronic appliances when leaving the room or checking out.
10. Hot water gyser: Please remember to switch off the geyser after use.
11. Keys handling: Please take care of the keys, as replacing them can be difficult and will incur extra charges if misplaced. Please lock the rooms and front door when going for sightseeing.
12. Indoor & Outdoor games: We provide an array of board games and outdoor activities for your enjoyment but kindly return everything to its respective place.
13. Campfire: Campfire activities can only be facilitated if the weather conditions are suitable, and we will assess our ability to arrange the necessary items.
14. Damages at property: Guests will be charged for any stains, damage or broken items.
15. Gadgets & Facilities: Please take care of the gadgets and facilities in the house while using. On rare occasions due to weather corrosion, if any gadget suddenly stops working, we will try to fix it during the day/working hours. In case it requires a technician, it will take 24-48 hours (working hours) for them to fix the same.
16. Staff room: An extra room/ bathroom is available for drivers at INR 500 per night.
17. Clean Off Mud: Please do not bring the beach mud into the house. A tap has been provided in the compound to clean the mud.
