Guest Rules:-

1.  Visitor policy: Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Visitors must provide their IDs. Check-in is not allowed after 8 PM .
2. Music & parties: Loud music and parties are permitted only until 9 PM.
3. Smoking: Smoking is allowed in balconies, and cigarette buds and ashes need to be disposed of..
4. Power backup: An inverter is available for all the rooms and there is a generator for the whole property.
5. Damages: Guests will be charged for any stains, damage or broken items up to ₹5000.
6. Common areas: The lounge and dining areas are shared spaces and should not be used for private gatherings.
7. Barbeque: It is not available.
8. Food arrangements: Seating for dining is available in the garden area. 
9. Outside food is not allowed.
10. Laundry: Laundry is available at an additional charge and needs to be paid at the property.
11. Toiletries & energy Use: Please use the provided toiletries responsibly and switch off the geyser and electronic appliances when leaving the room or checking out. 
12. Hot water: Once the geyser is turned on, allow 30 minutes for hot water.
13. Parking: Free parking is available on the premises.

Pet Rules:-

1. Pet Policy: Pets are allowed at an additional cost of INR 500+5% taxes per pet per day.
2. Pet Food: Pet meal is provided at an additional cost of INR 175+5% taxes per pet per meal.
3. Pre-Arrival Grooming: Please ensure your pet is bathed and flea-treated before arrival.
4. Pet Limit: A maximum of two pets per room is allowed
5. Furniture & Cleanliness: Pets must be kept off furniture and beds. A cleaning fee of ₹500 will be charged if pet hair or dirt is found on the beds or seating areas.
6. Leash & Safety: Pets should be leashed until they adjust to the surroundings and other pets. Aggressive or unfriendly pets must remain on a leash at all times to prevent conflicts.
7. Outdoor Exploration: Pets can roam outside the resort area and must be accompanied every time.
8. Clean-Up Responsibility: Owners must clean up after their pets.
9. Swimming Restrictions: Pets have a dedicated “Play Pool” and are strictly prohibited from entering the swimming pool or any other water bodies on the property. A ₹5000 fine will be imposed if a pet is found in the swimming pool.
10. Pet Play Pool Maintenance: The pet pool is cleaned daily. However, during rainy or windy weather, it may be closed.

• Within 14 days of check-in, cancellation is not permitted.
• Amendments are allowed once, up to 7 days before check-in. No changes are allowed within 7 days.
• 100% prepayment is required and mandatory within 14 days of check-in.
