- Music & Parties: Loud music not permitted after 10 PM.
- Visitor Policy: Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Visitors must provide their IDs.

- Power backup: There is no power backup as electricity cuts are very rare here. The property is located right by the highway, not in a remote village area, so power supply is generally stable.
- Toiletries & Energy Use: Please use the provided toiletries responsibly and switch off the geyser and electronic appliances when leaving the room or checking out.
- Housekeeping is provided once daily between 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Linens and towels are changed only after the 3rd night of stay. Should you refer to daily changes, just let us know (an additional charge applies).
