1. Music & Parties: Loud music not permitted after 10 PM.
2. Wifi: Wifi is available but there is no guaranteed speed since it’s a shared Wifi
3. Water usage: The water is not unlimited so responsible use is advised. In case of the water running out on the tanks there is a pump that needs to be turned on and it needs to be turned off 30 to 45 minutes later. 
4. Water filter and Washing machine: The washing machine and water filter are under the stairs.
5. A/C usage: A/C should not be left on the whole day and night non stop, since it will wear out the unit and break it.
6. Power Backup: There is no power backup available. 
7. Visitor Policy: Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Visitors must provide their IDs with the caretaker at the gate.
8. Smoking: Smoking is allowed on balconies, but please dispose of cigarette butts and ashes properly.
9. Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed.
10. Toiletries & Energy Use: Please use the provided toiletries responsibly and switch off the geyser and electronic appliances when not in use, while leaving the room or checking out. 
11. Damages at property: Guests will be charged for any stains, damage, or broken items. The damage cost could be up to INR 5000.
12. Drugs are strictly prohibited.
