1. Music & Parties: Parties are not allowed in our villas and loud music is not permitted after 10 PM. 
2. Visitor Policy: Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Visitors must provide their IDs to the security at the entry.
3. Smoking: Smoking is allowed outdoors only.
4. Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed.
5. Power backup: An inverter is available for all the rooms.
6. Toiletries & Energy Use: Please use the provided toiletries responsibly and switch off the geyser and electronic appliances when not in use, while leaving the room or checking out. 
7. Swimming Facilities: Remember to wear appropriate swimwear. No cotton material allowed and if found, the guest will be fined for ₹3,000.
8. Pool Etiquette: Consumption of drinks, alcohol and food in & around the pool is strictly prohibited. A fine of ₹3,000 will be imposed if violated.
9. Housekeeping is provided once daily between 10:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Linens and towels are changed only after the 3rd night of stay. Should you refer to daily changes, just let us know (an additional charge applies).
10. Drugs are strictly prohibited.
