1. Visitor policy: Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Visitors must provide their IDs.
2. Parties & Music: Loud music and noise outdoors is strictly prohibited after 8pm as it disturbs the tranquility of the neighbourhood.
3. Pet policy: Pets are not allowed in the property.
4. Laundry: It is free and guests can access it by themselves.
5. Smoking: We do not allow smoking inside the house. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking.
6. Hot water: It is available in the ground floor bathrooms via a traditional copper bowl and firewood, lit each morning and evening. The first-floor bathroom has a geyser.
7. Power backup: The home is equipped with a UPS for emergency power backup. We have also provided emergency lamps during no power situations.
8. Fire camp: It is available for an additional charge of INR 500 + 18% tax, but it can only be arranged if the weather conditions are favourable. The fire camp needs to be wrapped up by 10 PM and make sure to clean up and head indoors.
9. Keys handling: You’ll be provided with a set of keys: Front door key | Bedroom door keys | Cupboard keys for each room. Please keep the keys safe, if misplaced it would be chargeable.
10. Belongings safety: Please use the Godrej cupboard and ensure it’s securely locked. When stepping out for any sightseeing, please lock the front door.
11. Indoor & Outdoor games: We provide an array of board games and outdoor activities for your enjoyment but kindly return everything to its respective place.
12. Damages: Guests will be charged for any stains, damage or broken items up to ₹5000.
